Kingfisher Court sits just off Denton Drive in Northwich, within postcode CW9 7TT. It’s approximately 1.5 miles east of the town centre, with easy access to the A556 north–south bypass that connects to M6 Junction 19 and the M56, facilitating routes to Manchester, Chester, and North Wales  . The A530 (King Street) lies southeast, linking to surrounding towns via the A559 and M56  . Additionally, major local roads like the A559 provide direct access east toward the motorway and west into Northwich town. This makes Kingfisher Court a well‑connected hub for logistics and business.

Our Story

Kingfisher Court was purchased by us in 2006 from Roy Wilson Dixon Holdings Limited for £930,000. We held the estate until its sale on 14th July 2023 for £1,406,000.

A roller coster of an investment. Hit by the financial crash of 2008, rents took a tumble which took a lot of time to recover to the potential that we saw back in 2008. The lowest went down to nearly £2 sq.ft.

During the time we held the investment, the most notable enquiry was from the Hut Group enquiring about 2000 sq. ft. Thrilled to see them build at the side of the M62 at Burtonwood. Only slightly bigger.
