Millfield Estates is a family owned and run business, a member of the WML Industrial Holdings Group, operating from our head office in Bolton.

With more than three generations contributing to the Millfield Estates legacy, we have built up a substantial property portfolio; comprising industrial estates, trade counter developments, prime retail units and office buildings.

We have a strong presence in our hometown of Bolton, as well as in highly sought after destinations including Mayfair, St Albans, Liverpool, Manchester and Nottingham.

We pride ourselves in offering a hands-on approach to the management of our properties, with a core philosophy of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our tenants. This has generated an excellent record of tenant retention whilst also helping to secure new occupiers for our available space.
