Over £95,000 in New Lettings at Two Northern Industrial Estates
We’re excited to share that new lettings worth over £95,000 have been secured at two of our key northern sites—Roundwood Industrial Estate in Wakefield and Boundary Industrial Estate in Bolton.
At Roundwood Industrial Estate, Environmental Techniques Ltd has signed a 10-year lease for the 17,425 sq ft Unit 3. They join Global Doors Ltd, long-term tenants of the adjoining Unit 4.
Environmental Techniques is a top provider of technology and services for repairing pipelines. They’ll stay at Roundwood until February 2028.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Environmental Techniques to Wakefield. It’s a great fit, and the location—just minutes from Junction 40 of the M1—was a big plus.”
The deal was handled by CBRE in Leeds on our behalf.

Meanwhile, at Boundary Industrial Estate in Bolton, we’ve completed three new lettings:

Now, only Unit 1 (11,917 sq ft) remains available.
